I heard about this quite some time ago. I will absolutely NOT be seeing the prequel in the theatre but I’ll go to the original trilogy just to see the opening sequence of A New Hope in 3D. I think it’s a seriously dick move that Lucas is releasing each of them based on how well the previously released movie goes, and starting them with TPM, but I still love it. I love Star Wars, its going to be a great opportunity for fan events and hanging out, but I probably won’t camp out until A New Hope.And I hate that I will have to sit through AOTC in order to see the opening space battle of ROTS. You have to admit, that will look awesome in 3-D.

I see now the Hollywood Reporter article says it’ll be on both Nick and Nicktoons. I hope so. And original MMPR should be on Nick at Night. It’s older than some of the other shows currently on there.

I agree with everything you said. Thanks for writing about The Fallen Survivor btw. I remember killing him a couple of times and thinking “Woah! This guy’s got a TON of s***! Where did he come from?!” lol I had no idea.

I believe DBZ Kai and MMPR will be airing on Nicktoons, the premium sibling to Nickelodeon. Think how Disney XD gets all the awesome ’90s Marvel cartoons and Spectacular Spider-Man, while Disney Channel gets crap. Nickelodeon proper isn’t in the clear quite yet.
